What certifications and qualifications does your pilot hold?

Operations are conducted by a FAA Part 107 certified Remote Pilot with over 150 hours of flight experience across multiple aircraft platforms. Additional qualifications include:

• Embry-Riddle AUVSI Trusted Operator Program Level 1 Certification

• OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Certification for Construction Industry

• AHA Basic Life Support CPR / AED Certification

Are your drone operations fully insured?

Yes. Insurance coverage includes a $1,000,000 per-occurrence public liability policy through Global Aerospace, covering both bodily injury and property damage. Certificates of Insurance are available upon request.

How do you manage airspace permissions and flight safety?

All airspace authorizations are secured through official FAA channels prior to flight operations. During every mission, the pilot continuously monitors local airspace, weather conditions, and ground conditions to maintain situational awareness and operational safety.

What safety and emergency protocols do you follow?

Our pilot strictly adheres to FAA regulations and industry standards to mitigate risk factors. Every mission begins with standard pre-flight planning and site assessments. In the unlikely event of an operational incident, safety of all persons in the area and rendering immediate aid are absolute priorities, followed by standard FAA mishap reporting.

What drone platforms do you fly, and how are they maintained?

Our DJI platforms are suited for high-resolution media, inspections (RGB / thermal), and geospatial data collection. The hangar contains: Matrice 4 Enterprise, Mavic 3 Enterprise Thermal, Mavic 3 Pro, and Mini 4 Pro. Every aircraft undergoes thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks, along with documented routine maintenance schedules.
